Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@delfranceribeiro.com with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Final sale items

• Items showing signs of wear or alteration

• Items returned without prior authorization

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Please return your item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at contact@delfranceribeiro.com with photos of the damage. We will resolve the issue promptly.
